Dear Prabhujis and Matajis,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudev.

Hare Krishna. This is verse from Srimad Bhaghavad Gita verse 2.9

sanjaya uvaaca
evam uktvaa hrshikesham / gudaakeshah parantapah
na yotsya iti govindam / uktvaa tushnim babhuva ha

Translation:Sanjaya said:Having spoken thus ,Arjuna, chastiser of enemies, told Krishna, "Govinda,I shall not fight," and fell silent.

In the previous verses,we see that Arjuna says "oh this is drying up my senses, my mouth is drying up (verses 1.28,2.8)etc.

Govinda means  "A Person Who gives pleasure to the senses" - Krishna. And now we see hat Arjuna's senses are numb. So Govinda (the giver of pleasure to senses) is going to enliven the senses of Arjuna.

Your humble servant,
Karthik
