Feel the Pain of Others - Part 7

Hare Krishna Prabhujis and Matajis,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudeva.

This is in continuation of the previous offering titled, "Feel the Pain of Others", which is a transcription of class given by HH Mahavishnu Goswami Maharaj in Minneapolis. In the previous offering we heard from Maharaj the below points.

1) We must always remember Krishna
2) Feel other's pain and help them.
3) Source of maintenance is Krishna.
4) Real relish is in glorifying Krishna

Maharaj later began to answer one of the questions raised in the audience about Radha and Krishna and their relation between Them. Maharaj very nicely began to respond as follows:

Maharaj: Radha word comes from ārādhana. Aradhana means intensive prayer. Personified intensive prayer is Radha. Those who perform intensive devotional service, Krishna is attracted to them. Radha performs intensive devotional service and naturally Krishna is attracted to her.  These are confidential topics of the Lord and in the public we should not meddle into these things. As your devotional service increases, automatically you will understand Radha and Krishna. But for our general information, we can be satisfied with this explanation that Radha and Krishna are not separate. Krishna says in Bhagavad-Gita 'ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo' - "I am the source of everything." So He is the source of Radha also. He is the source of Balaram also. They are His expansions. In Krishna's constitutional form, we find three things and we should be very clear about this. His form is not like our form. In our form we have veins, blood and tissues. His form is completely without this. It is complete spirit. We have tiny spirit in our heart. How many wonderful things we are able to do because of that tiny spirit. So how much wonderful it would be with God because He is completely spiritual.

Just to give the example - We have millions of universes in the material manifestation. In all universe there are so many planets and every planet is moving around its own orbit, in its axis. Have you seen any accident anytime? And here while coming to this place, we saw three-four cars banging each other. Somebody might have died. This is our short coming. And people claim, "I am Krishna." No. We cannot be equal to Him. Na tat-samaś cābhyadhikaś ca dṛśyate. There is another qualification: that Supreme Personality of Godhead is so that nobody is equal or higher than Him in opulences. You can never find anyone equal to Krishna. What to speak of finding someone more powerful than Him? Thats why He is known as Supreme. In Bhagavatam also in the first, shloka He says, janmādyasya yataḥ - "Everything comes from Me." In Bhagavatam also He very nicely describes, in the third canto as to how the material elements come out of Him, how our own senses coming out of Him, how forms are created, how Brahma was created. These explanations should be peacefully studied from the pages of Bhagavatam and you will have some idea about the material manifestation.

Krishna willing we shall continue to hear Maharaj's answer to the above question in the subsequent offering.

Hare Krishna.

Thank you very much.
Yours in service of Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudeva,
Sudarshana devi dasi.
