Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudeva.
This is in continuation of the previous offering titled "Srila Mahavishnu Goswami Maharaj Vyasa Puja 2016", wherein we were hearing some of the glorifications of Maharaj, which were shared by the devotees in Sri Sri Radha Neel Madhav dham, Rajkot on the auspicious occasion of his Vyasa Puja.
HG Sajjanapriya Prabhuji: "In year 2007 when we met Maharaj in Rajkot, one of our Godbrother, HG Shyamcaran Prabhu along with his wife and daughter met Maharaj. They were telling how their daughter Gaurangi was studying shlokas but was not interested to study the translation. Maharaj immediately spoke with the daughter lovingly and asked her what verses she had studied. When she recited the seed verses of Gita Maharaj lovingly said, "Don't worry. Now I will teach you the translations also, how to get attracted to the translations." Then Maharaj chanted the translation also in the same tune as we recite the verse. The child was so elated and impressed to hear Maharaj sing the verse as lyric. We were all amazed at how Maharaj could make the translation of Srila Prabhupada also so very pleasing and easy for children to recite. Maharaj taught her this nice innovative way of memorising the translation so spontaneously, without any prior preparation. This was possible only because Maharaj is always remembering Krishna. Once I spoke for a long time to Maharaj and later felt that I have disturbed Maharaj by my non-sensical speech and so asked for forgiveness. Maharaj, with great compassion said, "Whatever you are, you are ours." We could experience Maharaj's protection even now after his physical absence, in so many ways. Thank you Maharaj. Hare Krishna."
HG Savita Mataji: "Sometime ago HG Devakinandan Prabhuji was saying how Maharaj shows his mercy even to those who are not his disciples. I wanted to share an incident in this regard. I have a brother. He was working in Mumbai in 2012. After his marriage, his wife was staying with us in Chennai, but he was in Mumbai as his office was there. He used to come every month and seeing Maharaj's picture at our home, he used to be very curious to know about Maharaj and his pastimes and we would share with them. He was always inquiring us about Maharaj. Initially he was planning to take sister-in-law also to Mumbai after marriage, but somehow he decided to settle in Chennai after resigning his job there. When he came to Chennai he said that Maharaj had come in his dream and instructed, "Now you should go to Chennai and stay near your sister". It was mutually beneficial for both of us. And after coming to Chennai, both my brother and sister-in-law could take to devotional service and started chanting. He used to give donation also to Maharaj. But last year he didn't give anything. I also didn't ask him. So when we came to Rajkot last year, I prayed here at Maharaj samadhi - "This time I didn't ask my brother and he also didn't give any donation. So I feel very sorry." The next day my brother called and said, "I didn't give any Lakshmi this time. So can you please give on my behalf? I will transfer to you immediately. Two of your Maharaj's disciples came in my dream and said, "Maharaj told - Last year you gave, this year also you should give." I was very much surprised to see how much Maharaj reciprocates to our feelings. Maharaj is still with us all the time and this gives us lots of confidence."
Krishna willing, we shall continue to hear further glories of Maharaj in the subsequent offering.
