We should also realize our position as insignificant living entities, completely dependent upon the mercy of the Lord. For this, we have to cultivate humility. Even the soul is small, invisible and weightless, powerful not on its own, but by the power borrowed on lease from the Lord and the Lord can withdraw His power any time. We are completely dependent on the Lord. This means humility is not only a part of devotional service, but the heart of it.

Simply by association of Narada Muni for few moments, he changed into a great devotee and started chanting Mahamantra and became so kind that he didn't want to even hurt small ants while walking.

Do unalloyed, unmotivational, unintentional, fully dedicated seva to Krishna and after that He reveals you in no time. He is always there with you. Just do seva to become devotee.

We believe that every plot of land belongs to Krishna. The sooner it is engaged in the service of Krishna the better it is for the temporary owner. We come to this material world empty-handed and go away empty-handed. The things which we possess during our duration of life are first achieved and then let out along with all of our other temporary possessions.

Our movement is growing every day and our challenge is to meet devotees with different mentalities. If we can accept that everyone has a different mentality, then we will accept that we will naturally be close with some people. Some people we may know each other, but not really develop relationship

when we take up devotional service we find that there also, there are so many conflicts. For this devotional service is not be blamed because it is the internal energy of the Lord and is completely pure. The reason is many of us who have taken up devotional service are still in the modes and with these modes when we interact with people, we have so many conflicts.

From the verses in Bhagavatam and scriptures like Padma purana we are able to get the details about everything in this creation and there is no point wasting our valuable human life in re-inventing the wheel. But unfortunately scientists of today don't want to accept this truth and they are spending so much wealth, time and energy in such research work.

Lord Krishna talks in Bhagavad-gita about two important negative qualities that we should get rid of. They are apaishunam and paarushyam. apaishunam means fault-finding and paarushyammeans harsh speech. Krishna refers to these qualities as demoniac qualities. When we are filled with pride, arrogance, conceit and anger then automatically our speech is also harsh

Prabhupada is here right now, but we have to find him out because Krishna has hidded him as if behind a curtain. His leela is still going on. He is still chanting at Radha Damodar temple and sweeping the courtyard and doing these wonderful pastimes.

When we sincerely surrender voluntarily to Supreme Lord and request Him to use us an instrument, then He bestows us with spiritual strength and guides us to serve Him in ways beyond our imagination, irrespective of our health or age. Whereas when we remain adamant and do not bend down before Him, then we are sure to be whipped by material energy and would continue to  suffer life after life.

In case of reversals and setbacks struggling devotees like us take a long lead time to recover. Whereas advanced devotees take very little time to recover from material reversals. They immediately remember the Lord and their actual position as eternal servants of the Lord and they continue with devotional service.

Our beloved Guru Maharaj says that encouragement is Krishna consciousness. This quality of encouraging and appreciating the living entities is very much important for us to imbibe. We have all taken up the process of devotional service mainly because of the encouragement and appreciation by our most beloved Guru maharaj.

ord Krishna had the competence to win the Battle of Kurukshetra, but nonetheless He induced His devotee Arjuna to fight and become the cause of victory. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was quite competent enough to spread His name and mission all over the world, but still He depended upon His devotee to do this work. Considering all these points, the most important aspect of the Supreme Lord's self-sufficiency is that He depends on His devotees. This is called His causeless mercy.

The word 'Bhagavat' is applicable to Lord Vasudeva alone in the fullest primary sense and not others. When the word 'Bhagavat' is used for other personalities like the powerful devatas, great devotees and sages), it is used only in a sense of respect and reverence and not in the absolute sense.

You have to remember that we pay obeisances to naabhi pradesha of Krishna. namah pankaja naabhaayaa - His naabhi pradesh is like lotus flower. You know it is soft like lotus petals and your naabhi pradesh is like Govardhan mountain. And you pray to Krishna, 'namah pankaja naabhaayaa'. You take care of your naabhi first

All fruitive activities are ultimately rewarded by Him only. He is supreme knowledge, and all severe austerities are performed to know Him. Religion [dharma] is rendering loving service unto Him. If we have loving relationship with each other, we will also be hopelessly and helplessly bound and we will always want to serve the Vaishnavas. But where there is no loving relationship, where there is harshness like Durvasa muni, then it is very difficult for us to continue in devotional life.
