you all should get married to Srimad Bhagavatam, wrap it with silk cloth and take it along with you. If you carefully handle and study Srimad Bhagavatam, then Bhagavatam will solve all your problems." (loud laughter)
Now, Uddhava unfolds the transcendental message of Lord Sri Krishna to His dear devotees. Blessed Lord said that gopis are not separated from Him since He is soul of all creation. He creates, sustains and withdraws material elements,
He! Patita Pavan Srila Gurudev, I offer my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet. I know all my God-brothers and sisters are strictly following your instructions. I am the only unfortunate one whose heart is completely attached with material hankering.
"Let me offer my respectful obeisances unto the all-auspicious Lord Sri Krishna, about whom glorification, remembrances,audience, prayers, hearing and worship can at once cleanse the effects of all sins of the performer."
"One who identifies his self as the inert body composed of mucus, bile and air, who assumes his wife and family are permanently his own, who thinks an earthen image or the land of his birth is worshipable, or who sees a place of pilgrimage as merely the water there, but who never identifies himself with, feels kinship with, worships or even visits those who are wise in spiritual truth—such a person is no better than a cow or an ass."
"Arjuna said: You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth. You are the eternal, transcendental, original person, the unborn, the greatest. All the great sages such as Narada, Asita, Devala and Vyasa confirm this truth about You, and now You Yourself are declaring it to me."
Uddhava was shocked to see the supreme loving attraction of Nanda Maharaj and Yashoda for Lord Krishna. He praised them as "most praiseworthy persons in entire world" and assured them that Krishna will soon return.
This argument of Hiranyakashipu we very nicely understand and it should be remembered again and again. It is not that one verse (Srimad Bhagavatam 7.2.21) we have done three-four days ago and now we are hurrying to the next verses.
