"It is quite apt that you have punished us for neglecting to respect sages like you. But we pray that due to your compassion at our repentance, the illusion of forgetting the Supreme Personality of Godhead will not come upon us as we go progressively downward."

For spiritual achievement the easiest path is to take shelter of a bona fide spiritual master and to serve him with heart and soul. That is the secret of success.

when one achieves the grace of the Lord, the result is that sarva-duhkhaani, all distresses, are destroyed."

"That person who very attentively recites this ashtakam to Sri Gurudeva during brahma muhurta is sure to achieve direct service to the lotus feet of Lord Sri Krishna, the very life and soul of Vrindavana, at the end of his life."

There is a popular saying that a problem is like a stone and if we keep it too close to our eyes and see, it looks very big, whereas if we keep it at a distance and see, it looks small.

So we have to diligently cultivate the habit of observing the manifestation of the world the way Krishna observes.

"Om is called Pranava because instructs and makes all the living entities to bow down before the Supreme Lord (Paramatma)".

"Always chanting My glories, endeavoring with great determination, bowing down before Me, these great souls perpetually worship Me with devotion."

When our hearts are dissatisfied and we are full of hankerings, and our own condition is miserable, then we will not be able to be merciful to others. So simply by accepting Krishna's plan whole-heartedly, in all situations, both favourable and unfavourable, we will be able to remain satisfied.

For whatever happens, if you do not come to the conclusion that Krishna is the cause of all causes, you will always be in anxiety.

One should not try to understand the supreme cause by argument or reasoning."

"The upper portion of the body, though crowned with a silk turban, is only a heavy burden if not bowed down before the Personality of Godhead who can award mukti [freedom]."

Srila Prabhupada explained, "Yes. But even though he fell down because of instability, Krishna will take it that he has offered obeisances and give His blessings for beginning his bhakti."

This incident proves the offering obeisances to the Lord with a repentant heart asking for forgiveness invokes His great compassion.

Offering obeisance is also one of the ways to ask forgiveness for our offenses.

Bhagavan Narasimha is called 'namaami', because He is being offered obeisance by all devas, all those who aspire for liberation and all those who are self realized and liberated. The Lord of the Vedas worship Him by chanting 'namaami'

In order to live our lives as a sacrifice for everyone's welfare, which is the reason why Krishna gave us the Vedas, we must be guided by Him who is invisible in our hearts as the Supersoul,

The pancha-kala are also known as the five daily forms of worship, which are prescribed by the Lord in the Pancharatra section of the Vedas. The activities that we do at different parts of the day in this material world are perverted reflections of Krishna's lilas which are enacted according to different parts of the day in the spiritual world

"As early morning is the period for spiritual cultivation, the beginning of evening is the period for passion."

"According to Vedic society, there is a suitable auspicious time for sex life, which is called the time for garbhaadhaana."

Even when Maharaj used to suffer due to asthma or breathlessness, Maharaj immediately takes shelter of Gita and Holy Names.

"Now I am attracted to those instructions imparted to me by the Personality of Godhead [Govinda] because they are impregnated with instructions for relieving the burning heart in all circumstances of time and space."

Lord is ocean of mercy. Every moment of our life we live, is Krishna's mercy. Despite our rebellious nature, uncontrollable mind and sense enjoyment propensity, Krishna has placed us in tolerable conditions with all the necessities of life

Rising up early in the morning, help us get extra time and gives us satisfaction in performing the activities for that day which gives us joy instead of moroseness.

Everything happens in this world under the supervision of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

This is a real example of how the Lord's opulences can purify us and lead to His lotus feet.

"O my Lord, when a human being is able to give up all the material desires in his mind, he becomes eligible to possess wealth and opulence like Yours."

"An action is thus judged by the Lord's pleasure or displeasure. There is no room for personal whims; we must always be guided by the pleasure of the Lord."

"Lord Rama conquered the worlds by Truth, the poor people by His charitable nature, the teachers and sages by His service attitude and the enemies by His mighty bow."

We may wonder how wives of Krishna could be kidnapped by ordinary cowherd men, when they were under the protection of Arjuna. His Divine Grace quotes the explanation of Srila Vishwanatha Cakravarthy Thakura in the purport to above verse wherein he mentions that it is Krishna only who came in the form of cowherd boys and took back His wives. Actually if Krishna had come in His personal form, Arjuna would have happily given away the wives of Krishna to Him.

In the previous offering, we saw Narada Muni's instructions to Pracetas and how Pracetas wonderfully glorified Lord Krishna's unlimited mercy. Now let us continue to hear further instructions from Narada Muni.
