The actual object of glorification is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who has created everything manifested before us. The tendency to glorify others or hear others must be turned to the real object of glorification — the Supreme Being.
"Everything happens under My Supervision" - Krishna can see everything even with His eyes closed as any part of His transcendental body can do the function of eyes.
When we are blinded by "mada" - false prestige, we think that "I" am the controller of everything and fail to see Krishna's control and supremacy. So Lord out of mercy, "anugraha" punishes us just to correct our mistakes - just like a loving parent trying to correct their wards.
So this movement, this Krishna consciousness movement, is very important movement. So, somebody should dedicate his life, somebody should dedicate his wealth, somebody should dedicate his intelligence, and somebody should dedicate his words.
If there is any silent saint to be found in the entire text of Ramayana, the obvious choice will be of Shatrugna. There are here & there stray references of his behavioural conduct but mostly he is silent. He is brave because he has destroyed the greed.
In material world, the boss whom we work for will be pleased only if we serve in such a manner that our service results in positive results. Our attempts for service is valued or recognised only when it yields some gross benefit for the master. But the Supreme Lord is so kind that He simply appreciates the endeavour for service irrespective of the results.
So prajaa not only refers to the human beings who were engaged in the war - but it also includes the horses, elephants etc - who also died in the war and Yudhishtir Maharaj was worried for all of them.
When we hear the word - 'tapasya' we usually think that it is meant only for sages meditating in the Himalayas and not applicable for us. But Lord Krishna gives very nice explanation about "tapasya"...
While reading the 14th chapter of Bhagavad Gita there was a question, at that time I convinced myself thinking it is Lords external energy. Later I came across a nice verse in Srimad Bhagavatam verse 10.2.35

Throughout the various scriptures it is always insisted that all our activities of devotional service must be approved by the authorities in the line of bonafide disciplic succession and the Lord.
An important man in the social order can be known by his mercy only. Similarly, one must be very dear to the Lord in order to know the Lord. The Lord is unlimited; no one can know Him completely, but one's advancement in the transcendental loving service of the Lord can make one eligible to know the Lord.

Even for accomplishments in the material world - we have to put our endeavours. Nothing comes free of hard work. A student has to endeavour to study the subjects nicely in order to perform the exams nicely.

Lord entrusted Brahmaji with great responsibility of creation. Srila Prabhupada nicely mentions in the purport that Lord bestowed Brahmaji with Vedic knowledge so that he could pass it on to the conditioned living entities in the creation.
