We are not ready to die you know. If you are ready to die, you will never die. If you are not ready to die, then you die. Please, this is Bhagavatam.

And unless our body is healthy, how to concentrate on these spiritual things. First, we require the healthy body, so this was the request, unless we follow Srimad Bhagavatam, daily in our lives, it’s impossible, impossible.

Prabhupada came to our hall, that’s so nice of him to give the supreme medicine to all over the planet through his books. This is the supreme medicine, if you really love me or like me or try to follow me, then follow this. If you have Bhagavatam so far so better, have Bhagavad Gita so far so better, if you don’t have anything, then keep one small book, written by Prabhupada.

So, please don’t stop. There is no need of it. You please go on. But whatever time you get, then immediately you should come to Bhagavatam. Don’t worry if you don’t understand. Read, read. In all the languages now, we have our own Bhagavatam set. So, please do this, and go through the pages very, very, very attentively and you will find the answers to all your difficulties.

I was so very busy that I did not have time to meditate on those people who are troubling me. I had only Bhagavatam, more than enough. For lives to come, it is more than enough, what to talk about this life. Please, if you really, want to follow something from me, just don’t pick up your head from Bhagavatam. Always over there.

Please look always at the austere side of the whole thing. If dog is running after you, or he may bite us also, we would not go and bite the dog.

When we are traveling urgently either to catch a train/flight - when we come across so many obstacles or disturbances on our way, we somehow ignore/tolerate/divert from the obstacles and try our best to reach the destination. So when we fix our goal of life is to go back to Krishna and when we are firm in that goal, all these minor disturbances or obstacles will not affect us.

A good leader possesses tremendous amount of patience and tolerance and anyone feels safe under the shelter of such a leader, because whoever possess these two qualities, their actions are always bound to be based on sound reasoning, far-sighted thinking and bring benefit to everyone.

Arjuna was allowed to enter into the heavenly planets in the selfsame body simply by the grace of the Lord, otherwise it is not possible to do so.

The mind is so strong and obstinate that it sometimes overcomes the intelligence, although the mind is supposed to be subservient to the intelligence.

The mothers, they must be always engaged in some activity, so that the children will see them and take them. In order to teach the children, once the children are grown up, you should speak minimum. No speaking. You should do whatever you want them to follow, you should yourself do. You go to pubs, drink, they will automatically drink. Because they know that, "my father, after 5 o’ clock he is already in the pub. This is my tradition", he says. So, he will also go to the pub. "My father was going to bingo hall," he will also go to bingo hall. "My father was associating with the devotees", he will also associate with the devotees. This is the process.

We don’t want disciples, we want sincere living entities, who will be with the process. And process is eternally chalked out by Prabhupada, the same process we are following. Till we are following the same process, we will be successful. There is nothing wrong with the process, but everything is wrong with us. 

Everything is in His hands. Everything works under His will. So, His will is very strong. Your will never works. But if you dovetail your will to His will, then that dovetailing process will definitely benefit you. Otherwise, on your own you can’t.

Wherever you go, the mind is going with you. So, if you are not at ease in one place, how can you be at ease in other place? 

And we are unnecessarily running, leaving this, to so many other things. And maybe under the name of religion, under the name of that, we are doing some religious thing. You are behaving like mad persons, instead coming (to Bhagavatam).  It doesn’t matter where you go, it matters what you do.

Spiritual process is transcendental to this body. This we have to learn.

This material body is given to us to undergo the punishment, so it will never be alright. But, our attention is not to the body, this is the first thing we have to learn in initiation. Attention is fully diverted to the spiritual supreme. 

You are chanting for your own good, spiritual advancement. But you don’t know that you are purifying the generations to come.

So, remember always, the subtle sin is introduced in our life, and the duration of life drops ten times. This is the ratio of the sin and the drop in the life.

Unless, you come to the Supreme shelter you will be not be safe at all. As soon you come to Krishna then all other shelters, that may be there or may not be there, but you are completely safe.

O my Lord, as waves attract branches and leaves that have fallen into deep water, You, the supreme eternal time factor, attract everything in this universe.

Whenever the Lord comes as a human being, He must have a mother and a father, so He selected Pṛśni and Sutapā to be His mother and father perpetually. And on account of this, neither Pṛśni nor Sutapā could ask the Lord for liberation. Liberation is not so important as the transcendental loving service of the Lord

For less intelligent persons, bowing down before the authority of the Lord, as generally done in the temples, mosques, or churches, is as beneficial as it is for the advanced devotees to meditate upon Him by active service.

The Supreme Personality of Godhead is automatically pleased by such saṅkīrtana. It is not that the Supreme Personality of Godhead is absent; He is present there. And when a devotee utters the transcendental name, it is not a material sound. Therefore, the Supreme Personality of Godhead is naturally pleased. A devotee knows that the Lord is present everywhere and that one can please Him simply by chanting His holy name..

he foolishness of gross materialism is that people think of making a permanent settlement in this world, although it is a settled fact that one has to give up everything here that has been created by valuable human energy.

This I leave it to with earnest request to come to the pages of Bhagavatam and try to take out your own notes for your own guide. Suppose you have any marriage problem you take out the guide from here. If you have any other problem you take out this.

This running after the sense gratification will not solve our problems. Day in and day out we are discussing these things. But please remember that unless you come to the serious sadhana, the life will not be successful at all. Progeny will be completely unwanted progeny. And if it is unwanted progeny then again there is a trouble.

Problems are bound to be there. but it should be after the marriage. And after marriage the answer of the marriage is that you have to be together. That is the answer of the marriage. So, you fix that goal that we have to be together. And then you, you solve the problems in that light.

And because the whole atmosphere is surcharged with breathlessness we cannot come to this literature. With all the facilities available, we are in the temple or outside the temple, doesn’t matter at all. But we have to take some time to understand these things.

You come submissively to the pages of Bhagavatam. And your life would completely change for good. This is guarantee. And as soon as we come to the pages of Bhagavatam, the transcendental intelligence we develop.
